Groups & Workshops: I believe in empowering folks with education and knowledge. Occasionally I offer groups & workshops on a variety of topics including Filipinx-American Mental Health, Mind-body Pain Management, WOC Overcoming Impostor Syndrome, Intuitive Eating, etc.
Yoga & Mindfulness: In my yoga classes, I offer a safe space for folks to come authentically to the mat, to explore and attune to all layers of the self. I bring a gentle authenticity to the practice that welcomes all bodies, and encourages an empowering self-discovery. Bringing balance to the whole self is integral in my holistic approach. Gentle flow, mindful movement, and meditations are included in my offerings.
